My asos order was sent back because apparently they kept emailing me that I’m supposed to pay tax (those emails didn’t arrive) and I checked the tracker everyday since I made the order and the parcel was never marked to have left for the airport even. My cousin made an order from asos and she paid the tax in cash when it arrived so why did they send back my stuff? I was never notified of my order coming here and I want them to send my stuff back I will not wait a month for a refund that’s insane. I need a solution please.
