APG is unable to cancel your order however, the order will be automatically returned to the retailer if the duties payment is not made within 7 days.
Please note that the return process is untrackable. The tracking update will remain "Scanned awaiting duties/payment" until it reaches the retailer.
For inquiries regarding refund, please contact the retailer as only they have your bank details due to confidentiality policy.
It can take up to 30 days to return your parcel and once it's returned refund will appear on your card statement.
